Fitters are sent on all available courses to gain as many skills as possible including courses run by Junckers, Bruce, Kardean etc. Our Fitters serve a three year apprenticeship to be trained to the highest level, and our trainees accompany a senior fitter for a minimum of 18 months before we allow tham to do the smallest job.
